
SHIPPING & REFUNDS
DOMESTIC
Tapestries now requires a signature upon delivery via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class Service.
Supplies will be dispatched via 2nd class standard service.
Delivery generally takes between 3-5 working days but please be advised this could be longer.
INTERNATIONAL
To ensure your parcel arrives safely, all items are now shipped Internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed For Services where available. Once dispatched, I will email you a unique reference number which can then be used to monitor the progress of your delivery online via the Royal Mail Track and Trace tool. Delivery generally takes between 3-7 working days but please be advised this could be longer (4-6 weeks) due to your country's location, public holidays and customs handling.
SHIPPING UPGRADES
Domestic shipping upgrades are available. Please contact me prior to purchase for additional postage rates.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the postal carrier. I cannot be held accountable for delivery negligence.
Please contact your local post office in the first instance quoting your items postage reference number. Once your item has been declared lost by the postal carrier, please contact me and I will arrange for either a replacement or refund.
For items damaged in transit, again please contact your local post office at the first instance. Then, within 2 days of receiving your item please provide me with a detailed description of the exterior/ interior damage including photos if possible. I will then arrange for either a replacement or refund to be issued. Due to the nature of my work and all items being handmade, please appreciate any replacement piece will attract a waiting time.
CUSTOMS AND FEES
The buyer is fully responsible to pay all fees, including taxes, and duties associated with shipping items to their respective country. I cannot and will not be held responsible for additional custom fees or taxes charged. Please ensure you are fully aware of your own country's custom and handling legislation prior to purchase.
REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please contact me within 2 working days of receiving your goods. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance therefore I will aim to resolve any issues you may have. However, if I'm unable to do so, then a refund will be offered. Items must be returned in their original condition first before a refund is issued. Please note the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and fees charged. Only the original value of the item will be issued.
Custom orders and customised pieces however are non returnable due to the nature of the work completed.
Terms of business : All items sold are subject to UK laws and legislation.

INFORMATION WHICH I COLLECT
To fulfil your order, you provide me with certain information such as name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may choose to provide me with further information if you contact me directly with a commission request.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Wix or any third party services you access through Wix. You can reference the Wix Privacy Policies to learn more about their practices.
WHAT DO I USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR
In order to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide you with customer support.
I do not share you information with any other third parties than those mentioned above.
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I will keep your data for a period of 4 years.
YOUR CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Access: You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete: You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information.
Except for exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will delete your personal information upon request.
Complain: If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
