Hi!

I'm Anita, the designer and maker  behind ByBellaDesigns. I work from my home in Derbyshire, where I live with my young family.

Each modern tapestry  is handmade on either a lap or floor stand loom. I spend many hours devoted to both the design and make process, mixing bold geometric patterns along with softer organic lines. My aim is to create unique contemporary wall décor for today's modern home.

Having spent many years sourcing quality fibres for my own art, I now supply a wide range of yarns suitable for weaving, macramé, punch needle and many other fibre based crafts alike. 

​

I myself am a self taught weaver with a passion for design, detail and quality. I have a background in the arts having studied  A&D specialising in surface pattern design.
